At Umbrella Outdoors, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our tents. All of our tents come with a 6-month limited warranty, covering defects related to water leakage or issues originating from stitching areas.

Warranty Coverage:

– This warranty covers any water leakage or stitching defects that occur under normal use and conditions within 6 months from the date of purchase.

– If you experience these issues, please contact us by email at info@umbrellaoutdoors.co.uk , providing your order number and attaching photos that clearly show the defect.

Trade Price Tents Warranty:

Umbrella Outdoors offers a 14-day warranty on our trade price tents. Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to inspect the tents and ensure they meet their expectations. If there are any issues or concerns, please notify us within this period, and we will be happy to assist you.

Conditions for Warranty Claim:

– The warranty is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or modifications to the tent.

– Warranty claims must be made within the 6-month period.
– The tent must be used according to the care instructions provided by Umbrella Outdoors.

Claim Process:

– Upon receiving your warranty claim, our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.

– You may be required to return the defective product for further inspection.
